Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or

in the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good.

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter, email or via our electronic withdrawal function, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You can access the electronic withdrawal function via the link "Withdraw contract" in the footer of our online shop. If you use this function, you can submit your withdrawal online. After submission, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

You can also use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired or to use the electronic withdrawal function before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs.

Excluded are additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us.

For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

We bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Voluntary 30-Day Return

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary free return within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this voluntary 30-day return. For returns within the statutory withdrawal period, only the statutory provisions of this right of withdrawal information apply.

For voluntary returns after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, the following applies: The goods must be returned complete, carefully packaged and in the condition in which they were delivered.

For used items such as video games, consoles and accessories, careful inspection is permitted. Use beyond normal inspection, damage, missing parts, or a significant deterioration in condition may result in the voluntary return being wholly or partially rejected or only a partial refund being made.

For new goods and sealed items, for voluntary returns after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, the following applies: The goods must be returned unopened and originally sealed if they are to be refunded as new goods. If the seal is removed or the packaging is opened, we will assess a possible reduction in value on a case-by-case basis.

Any bonus, DLC, download or online codes included or shown with used items may already have been redeemed or expired, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The voluntary 30-day return does not restrict your statutory rights.
