Shipping is done with DHL and includes tracking.

Shipping Costs

Germany: €4.50

For orders over €30, shipping within Germany is free.

Austria: €13.99

For deliveries to Austria, the shipping costs displayed during the order process apply. We currently do not offer free shipping to Austria.

Delivery Time

Processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

The delivery time is usually:

Germany: 1-3 business days

Austria: 2-5 business days

The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment or order confirmation, unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, holidays, and the workload of the shipping service provider.

Returns and Cancellations

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our cancellation policy. The statutory cancellation period is 14 days.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer voluntary free returns within 30 days of receiving the goods.
